Notice on the Protection of Personal Data of
Natural Persons/Private Clients
In the context of its activities, the company, in its capacity as real estate developer, is required to collect, record and consult a set of personal data (first and last name, home or email address, telephone numbers, etc.), hereinafter referred to as Data, of natural persons and therefore of private customers, hereinafter referred to as Client, and to manage them in analogue or digital form and using automated or non-automated processes.
The company processes this Data within the authorized limits and in compliance with the regulations in force, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, applicable in the countries of the European Union, and relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data.
When amending these regulations, the Company will adapt this document as necessary and notify the Client of the applicable changes by making an adapted version of this notice available online.
The Data available to the Company are collected from the Client as part of the commercial relationship between the Client and the Company. This business relationship may relate to one or more of the following actions (non-exhaustive list): bid, order, delivery, billing, service contract, after-sales service, customer satisfaction tracking, call support, training, analysis, consulting, event, notification, etc.
Within the legal framework, the Company may use other public data sources such as print or digital directories to rectify or supplement the processed Data. As data controller, the company uses the collected Data:
• to conserve and manage the commercial relationship that binds the Client to the company;
• to fulfil its regulatory and legal obligations in terms of financial management;
• for marketing purposes;
• to ensure the legitimate interests of the company in the event of litigation;
• for analysis and statistical evaluation purposes.
In the context of targeted marketing, the company may request the consent of the Client who has a right to withdraw or modify their Data on request or non-use by unsubscribing.
Notice on the Protection of Personal Data for Professional Clients
The Data may be communicated within the company to provide the services requested by the Client and may therefore, within the limits of the objectives negotiated with the Client, be passed between various entities of the company.
The Data collected from the Client is also transmitted, where necessary, to:
• subcontractors, if they relate to services requested by the Client and are provided by subcontractors (e.g. hardware insurance, telephone subscription, direct delivery by a carrier, financing, training, etc.);
• subcontractors in accounting matter;
• subcontractors and legal advisers in the event of litigation and late payment;
• competent authorities within the limits of the stated aims and legitimate powers of these entities.
The company undertakes not to resell the Client's Data and also not to disclose it or make it available to third parties, without any reason relating to the primary purposes that bind the Client to the Company.
Client Data is retained for at least as long as the legislation requires in terms of the financial and/or contractual relationships and therefore beyond the actual commercial relationship.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (UE2016 / 679), the Client has a right to know of the rectification, transfer to another provider of his/her personal data and - within the limits of current legislation - a right to erase or limit the processing of his/her Data.
